First morning of classes

The first morning is all about setting the scene for the next few weeks of study, fun and making friends.  The induction meeting takes place in the Science Lecture Theatre and the students are introduced to the entire staff team, the plan for the week and our rules which are in place to help them stay safe and have a fantastic time.

This year we have a number of new trips and activities planned for the students over the five weeks of the summer school, including trips to the theatre in London, theme parks and plenty of opportunities to explore the famous British Culture.

 Once the meeting is over the hard work begins. Each student undergoes a number of English Language tests in order to make sure that they are then placed in the the correct group for their level of English.

 This is an important part of the summer school process as it ensures that the students are being taught at the appropriate level in order to maximise their rate of progress in developing their English language skills.
