Ceildh Comes to Uppingham

The historical culture of the Ceildh, Scottish formation dancing, has long been a part of British life and yesterday evening a Ceildh band came to put the Uppingham students through their paces. Teaching them about do-si-do-ing and left and right stars the band put on a truly memorable night, with almost all the students throwing themselves in and dancing until they could dance no more! A huge thanks to the band and a massive thanks to all the Uppingham staff who were just as keen to dance as our students were. And as ever...here are the pick of the pictures from the night.
