Lessons Have Begun

Monday morning saw the start of the lessons here at Uppingham. Having taken the placements tests on Satrurday morning, all the students have now taken up their place in their classes and this morning's lessons included a range of activities including introduction presentations, memory relay races on the lawns, a mathematical code-breaking treasure-hunt and planning how to design parachutes in science.

And in the workshops students have already studied Japanese writing in Caligraphy, written a contemporary love story in Photo-Story Workshops and started work on shaping their Big-Head masks in Mask-making.
