Rockingham Castle Visit
This week the students on the Pre-Boarding Academic English programme have visited Rockingham Castle. Rockingham Castle has been a continuously occupied home to English dignitaries for over a thousand years and for the last 450 years members of the same family have owned and inhabited the house. The groups that went have been using the Castle to illustrate examples of castles and historical culture in Britain over the last 500 years, as part of their History and English lessons.
Below are some pictures of the castle and some of the gardening and kitchen equipment uploaded by some of the students on the course, including those taken by Wyii, from Thailand.
